Gym Day 1: Check

Well I didn't run 13.1 miles today but 2 things are certain:

1. My waistline is definitely not in any hurry to reappear.
2. I did reach my mini gym goal I set for myself for Day 1 so that is good news.

Good girl! I am not sure that waistlines ever come back, but if you figure out how, will you teach me!? Can't wait for you to run your 13.1--you will love it!

okay you make me sick because you look great already. seriously. the fact you are up to exercising this early in the game is fantastic. good luck! {i gave myself a comfortable 9 months to return...and by then you forget what you were supposed to look like anyway}

Im so proud of you Ash! It takes a real woman to get over the fact that your body is not exactly how you want it, but in time it will be. Keep it up and that waistline will defy your expectations babe!!
