You have heard this before

We have lived in Richmond for nearly 8 months and last week was our first chance to visit the D.C. temple together. Until now I never realized what a blessing it is to live near a temple. I know that is what everyone says but now I can understand what they mean and now I am saying it too. It was nice to spend the day together (even the 3+ hours it took us to get home) and to enjoy the spirit of the temple.

The Washington DC is my favorite temple. I have only been on the grounds. It looks the most like a castle in the clouds. Thanks for the wake up call, we live 3 miles from the timp temp and need to go. I miss you. I wish I didn't have to work either and then I could come and see you. I loved visiting you back east. It is so beautiful and diversified over there. Love you.

I am so glad to see you back to blogging! I've missed you!! The DC temple looks beautiful. I've never been there before, but it's definitely on the "must see" list when we move to Boston.

Finally I get to see your blog! I love it...especially those cakes. Oh my goodness! You are amazing! My birthday is May 6th. :) Do you do any Barbie themed? AND reading about your life in L.A. made me miss it for you. Fun times! I hope we can make Richmond just as good. I'm glad you're here!!

Hey Ashley! What a beautiful temple it is, too. My in-laws go to D.C. all the time and they can't get enough of that temple. Hope you guys are loving your new home. You look beautiful and so happy!

p.s. I know, isn't it crazy that Payton is already 3?? I don't know where the time has gone. I'm going to try and be a better blogger, so we'll see if I post again in the next few months. :)
