My Astro Blaster

The Poole's were in town this weekend for a UCLA football/Disneyland weekend. Saturday the men headed to the football game and the ladies went to Disneyland. It didn't take Morris long to decide which blue he was going to wear to the game--he has a hard time cheering for BYU even though he did receive his first diploma from there.

On Sunday the men joined us for a day at Disneyland. Morris and I spent our day going on rides we have yet to go on after 2 years of being annual pass holders. We went to the Aladdin show in California Adventures and loved the production. The genie had some good material and made the show.

The most important event of the day is that Morris set a personal record on the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride. He was just shy of a million (986,000) but it was good enough to make it into the Top Ten for the day. He was pretty proud of himself and now is determined to break a million on our next visit to Disneyland.

Boo for Morris. It's a crying shame he ever called himself a Cougar.

I'm with Heidi. Where's the Cougar love?

Hey - no love from you guys. Let's see, where am I going to school? Oh yeah, that's right, UCLA! Besides there were enough cougars there to cheer them on.

My best, after 3 rides was 186,000. How in the world do you get over 500,000. I'm not surprised though, Since Morris grew up on video games. (the only one I would play against him was Carmen Sandiego...because i could win)...and that new/old cannon game.
And second, you would find it hard to cheer for Cougar FB too if you had to endure the pathetic Crowton era like Morris and I did. The players were great, the teams...ugh. Not just the teams, but Crowton...ugh. Also, while we were there BYU became too good for USU...ugh.
