On Friday I received a call from Circuit City .com wanting me to verify my shipping address for an order. I had not placed any orders with Circuit City so I logged on to our credit card account on line to find out that there were 4 charges from Circuit City totalling nearly $10,000. We cancelled our credit cards immediately and hopefully caught the thief in time so we are not left paying for some criminals big screen TV.

So scary, the same thing happened with me last year but at Wal-mart. Confusing, since I never lost my card. Sorry you were compromised! :(
That sucks Ashley! At least you double checked on the charges. That has happened to us too. I wish I had you here to make a cake for Brooklyn's first birthday. We are doing Minnie Mouse. If i make it, it is going to look horrible.
O boy identity theft is the worst- I have had it happen almost three times and I am still so scared of it!
Wow, that's awful. I had a similar thing happen a couple of years ago, but mine was about $5,000 in car parts. It's so aggravating.

Ugh! ID theft hasn't happened to us (yet), but it is pretty much my worst nightmare. I hope everything works out okay!
